An asset does not leave in just any way. Actimat tells apart transfer to another administration, sale, loan without transfer of ownership, write-off, loss or disappearance, demolition or destruction, consumption, free transfer to an organisation, and expiry.

Nothing is erased
A validated operation is never deleted: it is cancelled or corrected by a reversing operation. The log records who did what, and when. It cannot be altered.
