Actimat, management software publisher in Cameroon, for government, business, schools and churches.
We publish five programs. Each one keeps the records of a trade: the asset register, the point of sale and stock, the school year, the archives, pastors' pay.
Our five programs
- Actimat, government stores accounting: assets, stock, issues, inventory.
- Fasika, an Actimat solution: sales management, point of sale, stock and SYSCOHADA accounting.
- Kalara, an Actimat solution: enrolment, marks, report cards, fees, payroll.
- KUP, an Actimat solution: electronic records for the school, linked to Kalara.
- Clergo, an Actimat solution: pastors, parishes and church payroll.
The same rules in all our software
- Nothing is erased. A validated transaction is never deleted: it is cancelled or corrected by a reverse transaction.
- Every action is logged. The log keeps who did what, and when. It cannot be edited.
- Your data stays yours. Each product exports its lists and statements (CSV or Excel).
