Every action is logged, and every validated transaction is corrected without disappearing. Here is what we state, and what is still to be confirmed.
You entrust software with your assets, your sales or your student files. This page says what the software does to protect them.
- Nothing is erased.A validated transaction is cancelled or corrected by a reverse transaction. Actimat, Fasika and KUP follow this rule.
- Every action is logged.The log keeps who did what, and when. It cannot be edited.
- No cookies.This site uses none, and no third-party analytics service.
Who did what, and when?
In Actimat, Fasika and KUP the log is append-only: lines are added, never changed. In KUP, every viewing, preview, download or print of a document is also a log event.
Clergo also keeps an activity log: who did what, and when.
Who can see what?
Each action is governed by a permission, given to a role. In KUP, files are not served at a web address: they are reached through the software, under permission.
Fasika, Kalara, KUP and Clergo apply this principle.
This site
- No cookies and no third-party service: fonts are hosted on the site itself.
- Visit counting does not store visitors' IP addresses. Details: Privacy.
- The form is protected against automated submissions (token, minimum delay, per-visitor limit).
Where is your data hosted?
