Privacy
No cookies, no third-party service. Here is what we keep when you write to us, and how we count visits.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, so there is no consent banner. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, with no call to a third-party service.
Counting visits
Each day we count visitors without tracking them. Your IP address is never recorded: we keep a fingerprint, computed with the date and a secret, that changes every day. We therefore cannot recognise a visitor from one day to the next.
We also record the page visited and the type of browser. If your browser asks not to be tracked ("Do Not Track"), the visit is not counted.
The contact and demo form
When you send the form, we keep:
- your name, your email and your message;
- your organisation, your phone number and the program chosen, if you give them;
- the page language, your IP address and the type of browser.
The IP address is used to limit automated submissions. It appears in the request the team receives. To limit the number of submissions per visitor, a fingerprint of the IP address is kept temporarily.
What this data is used for
To answer your request, and nothing else. It is neither sold nor passed to third parties for advertising. Your request is saved in our database and emailed to the team through our host's mail server.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as it takes to answer you, then for three years at most after our last exchange. After that it is deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data you sent us. Write to contact@actimat.org.
