Track batches and expiry dates

For products that expire, you track each batch. Batches that expire first are issued first. An alert warns you before the date. If a batch is a problem, you find where it came from and who received it.

Take inventory

You open an inventory session, count by hand or by scan, then Fasika compares the count with the stock and proposes the adjustment. You can also count a little every day, on a rotating basis.

Several warehouses, several units

Items, categories, brands, variants, barcodes, locations and units of measure are all configurable. You manage several warehouses.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to type my stock in by hand?
No. Every sale and every purchase moves the stock. You only enter the count for your inventory.
Does Fasika handle expiry dates?
Yes. You track batches and their expiry date. Batches that expire first are issued first, and an alert warns you.
Can I count my stock with a barcode reader?
You enter the count by hand or by scan. Entering the inventory count works without a connection; this applies to inventory only, not to the point of sale.
How is stock valued?
At weighted average cost or first in, first out, as you choose.
